Announcement--The grant application to help address Manchester's storm water issues has been awarded by the Department of Ecology and the projects at Main and Colchester should begin soon..

22 May--Manchester Community Association

The Manchester Community Association will meet at 6:30 in the Manchester Library. Guest speaker will be Jack Herndon and the program will feature rainwater collection systems to mitigate storm water runoff. The public is encouraged to attend.

5 June--Manchester Citizen Advisory Council

The MCAC will meet at 6:30 in the Manchester Library.

Latest Storm Water Report -- Top Ten Sites

The latest report can be found in our Newsletter. The top ten sites are shown, along with drawings and photos. These are design suggestions drawn from similar storm water projects in the Seattle area. While the construction phases of the project are on hold until funding becomes available, the engineering phases are continuing.
