Announcement--The Manchester sewage plan is available on-line. The plan lays out the probable sequence and location of new sewer lines for the various neighborhoods of Manchester Village.

The MCA will meet at 6:30 in the library conference area.

2 April--Manchester Citizen Advisory Council

The MCAC will meet at 6:30 in the Manchester Library. Public discussion of Manchester Storm Water Retrofit project. Presentation by County leaders and the design firm Parametrix.

4 May--Public meeting to discuss process of forming a ULID (for sewer extension into neighborhoods with septic systems). This meeting is especially relevant to property owers along east and west sides of Colchester, since they evidently have the most immediate need.
